How far do you travel?We service major cities listed on our website. Typically, there is no charge within a 30 minute radius of our HQ. If you are outside of our service area, a travel fee can apply. We will travel anywhere for your special event, extra charges depending on mileage and time to travel to location. Please contact us for more information.

What can I customize?CHIC offers many ways to customize our carts, decor, food + beverage and disposables. Let us know your event theme or colors and we will personalize our services accordingly! We love getting creative and the sky's the limit with our customization so let’s play!

Can I just rent the cart by itself?We have recently added this option on a case by case basis. We require more information about your event in order to determine if this option is available.

How big is your cart and what venue specifications do you require?Most of our carts need a 4’x6’ space for our staff to operate in. For our larger packages with additional décor, we recommend setting aside an 8×8 space. Please ensure our Luxe Cart has access to power within close proximity (15 feet) a ramp if there are any stairs and elevator access to upper floors.

How long does it take to setup and take down?As we are a mobile cart, we can set up and take down on-location quickly. We request access to an event site 60 minutes prior to the start of your event. Additional décor may require earlier access prior to your event. The setup and takedown is included in our packages and there is no additional charges or fees for this time.

Do you require a deposit?To reserve your date we require a 50% deposit, which will be credited towards your final invoice. The balance is due 30 days prior to the event.

{Champagne + Bar Cart} Do you provide the alcohol for my event?In order to keep things simple, at this time, we are not able to purchase, transport or provide champagne, wine, beer or alcohol for your event. You are responsible for purchasing and providing any alcohol per state law. We can pour/serve your champagne, custom cocktails, drinks, etc. Our servers are trained and we are fully licensed and insured.

{Coffee Cart} Do you serve drip coffee? Do you offer decaf or alternative milks?We do not include drip/brewed coffee with our services. Drip coffee setup is available as an upgrade. Decaf espresso beans can be added as an upgrade. We included oat milk and whole milk for all events. If you have dietary restrictions or special requests, let us know!
